WHO IS A TRAVEL ATTENDANT
A Travel Attendant is someone who attends to the personal care, physical and recreational needs of a person commuting, holidaying, or on tour.
WHO IS A TRAVEL COMPANION
A Travel Companion is someone who provides companionship, light support and encouragement, some guidance if required and is a resource person.
A Travel Companion can assist those who need company whist travelling e.g. those who are elderly, or those that have some mobility restrictions.
WHAT IS MOBILITY CARE
Mobility care makes the possible happen, reduces stress by assuring the client they are supported by knowledgeable and experienced people who care.

ABOUT THE TRAVEL ATTENDANT AND COMPANION NETWORK INTERNATIONAL (TACNET)
The Travel Attendant Companion Network International [TACNET] originated and established the standards that underpin the Mobility Care training course - a prerequisite of belonging to the TAC Network.
A wholly Australian initiative, TACNET runs Mobility Care courses privately and through Adult and Community Education programs, as well as vocational training centres.
The TACNET Network provides resources and information to its Travel Attendants and Companions and you their customers.
TACNET provides individuals, tourist facilities and human service organisations with Mobility Carers /Travel Attendants from our bank of carers = MC2
