Discover the Benefits of Being
An Empowered Service User

The Seminars created and presented by Jacob F Baldwin are held in sets of two one for service providers and organisations and one for service users….

"Service providers (Government, health, welfare, education, employment organisations) and users are affected by a dependency role, and are often unaware or, too self restricted to think outside the box…

One relies on the government who dictate the ground rules for funding, while the other is hindered by lack of knowledge and know-how to get what they need….. In both cases the fear of losing funding, or services holds everyone in a state of fear. This state affects services and quality of life, making these organisations places of disempowerment serving disempowered people" says Jacob Baldwin.

Jacob F Baldwin's life embraces the philosophy of being of real service to others.
He has over 30 years of organisational experience in the welfare and health sector. He is an international speaker/trainer/counsellor, and has written extensively in all fields of disability, welfare, and service technology.

Jacob presents ways of finding empowerment so people can get what they need. He has worked in government and private positions, and is known for his dedication to assist people develop their potentials for growth, awareness and understanding.

The purpose of these seminars is to assist people to find ways that everyone can get what they need without feeling fearful that there is no way out. Once individuals know the basics of empowerment, its amazing how attitudes and lives are changed…..it brings people communities closer in their understanding of how systems work in, getting what they need.
